I brought in a pair of dress shoes that needed new soles and was really impressed with the quality of work. The shoes feel sturdy and look fantastic! However, the only drawback was that it took about a week for the repair to be completed. I understand good work takes time, but I was hoping for a quicker turnaround. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to repair their shoes. Really great service!

I had to bring my favorite pair of heels here after a minor mishap where the heel snapped off. The staff was so welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. They offered me options for different types of repairs, and I was impressed with their knowledge. The turnaround time was quicker than I expected, and the heels came back looking fabulous! They even cleaned them up a bit, which was a lovely surprise. The only downside was that the parking situation in the area can be a little tricky, but it’s totally worth it for the exceptional service. I will definitely return for any future repairs!

After years of wear, my favorite sneakers were in desperate need of some TLC. I brought them in, and the staff was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to restore them. I opted for a cleaning and some stitching work, and the results were fantastic! They really brought my shoes back to life. The only thing I would suggest is better signage outside, as it can be a bit easy to miss the entrance if you're not paying attention. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll be back for sure!
